Truly enjoyed my fine stay for an anniversary celebration. The room was a nice size and luxurious, included with slight water views and the comfort of the suite, as example.

Had very positive stay for an anniversary celebration, the stuff were excellant, location was stunning in downstairs restaurant which also has fantastic views of the lake. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Location: the hotel was right by the beautiful water and mountains of Lake Tahoe, the Homewood Ski Resort and North Shore. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Lake Tahoe.

We were so happy with the location right in the lake as we found west shore inn through Internet . We were looking for a quaint peaceful couple of days to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we found it! We were able to upgrade our room on the spot with no hassles! Your staff was very nice as well. Micki Brubeck

Being next to the water and the view from the dining areas.
Marginal and disjointed service. Lodging expensive. Pricing for food and drinks to high. Room size small. No beach access.

The value for our money was fantastic, with a spacious and cozy King Suite that had a lovely fireplace and breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe. The location was ideal, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety and options.

Our stay at this lakefront inn was absolutely delightful. The location was perfect, right on the beautiful shores of Lake Tahoe. The McKinney Bay suite we stayed in exceeded our expectations. The suite had amazing amenities, including a cozy leather sectional, a comfortable king bed, two bathrooms, and a balcony with stunning lake views. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions. The continental breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options. I highly recommend this inn for a wonderful Lake Tahoe getaway.

the friendly staff took great care of us and provided outstanding service at the downstairs restaurant. We were delighted by the complimentary cocktails and appetizers, and the delicious local flavors combined with healthy ingredients. We also enjoyed the sumptuous furnishings and spacious bathrooms in the well-appointed suites.
The limited seating options during wedding events meant that we sometimes experienced slow service.

Beautiful Lake Views and Great Service
During my business trip, I stayed at a hotel with stunning views of the lake. The location was perfect as it provided easy access to the nearby skiing resort. My room was clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was courteous and made me feel welcome throughout my visit.
The breakfast selection which was rather limited. There were no hot items available, just baked goods and yogurt.

the location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of activities nearby. the spacious rooms were well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Although the menu had some good options, the lack of diversity was disappointing. some of the staff seemed a little disorganized and it took longer than expected to get service at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room suite was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We loved waking up to the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe right outside our window. The hotel's location on the pier in Homewood provided us with stunning lakefront views. The downstairs restaurant not only had fantastic views of the lake but also served delicious food. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us. When we misplaced our key fob, they found it and even mailed it to our house. We were grateful for their effort and the cost-saving of replacing an expensive fob.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
